Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your artwork. If you change your mind about a purchase made through my online shop, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your artwork, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

How to make a return

Please contact me through the Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please include your order number and the name of the artwork.

The artwork must be returned securely packaged and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise required by law.

Please use a tracked and insured shipping service for returning original artwork, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches me.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, I will issue a refund without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where required by law, the refund includes the original standard delivery cost. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

Custom Paintings

Custom paintings made according to your specific instructions or with a clearly personal character are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible through the Contact page and provide photographs of the packaging and artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
