About me

Hello!

Art has always been my inner compass, a quiet longing that never truly disappeared.

My creative journey began when I was young, after I met a close friend who was an accomplished artist. He introduced me to oil painting and gave me my first linen canvas. From that moment, landscapes began to emerge, and with them a deep connection to painting.

Like many young dreamers, I was guided away from art by the belief that it would be difficult to build a secure life around it. I chose another path and trained as a behavioural scientist, where I found meaning in meeting people, listening, understanding and helping them find their way through life.

Yet painting never truly left me. It stayed in the background, waiting patiently to find its way back into my life.

Over time, I came to understand the deep connection between creativity and our inner well-being, and how creating can bring us closer to what truly matters.

Today, more than thirty years later, I have returned to painting with deeper roots and a more open heart.

My work is shaped by stillness, light and the subtle beauty of nature. Each painting is an invitation to pause and enter a quiet space where atmosphere, memory and emotion meet.

I invite you to follow this journey, where colour and form become a way of expressing something felt rather than spoken.
